SB Specialist Cleaning provides a specialised service throughout the North West of England.

A specialised clean up can be required at properties where there has been an accumulation of litter, foodstuffs, debris and waste and associated infestations.

We enter buildings following either eviction or evaluations of tenants where the property is in a filthy state, the complete clean up and removal of all waste is conducted promptly and professionally. The accommodation can be cleaned up to any degree that is required. If the tenant is prone to re-fouling the premises, a simple collection of all waste is carried out, but where a tenant is offered home help and daily visits the accommodation is cleaned thoroughly, with all surfaces being cleaned and sanitised and all carpeting vacuumed and steam cleaned to give the tenant a new start as it were.

We can also decontaminate properties eradicating scabies, bed bugs, body lice and other microscopic infestations and viruses.

As licensed waste carriers we remove all waste from accommodation. Using an atomizing fogging machine we can also de-odorise complete houses when this service is required.

SB Specialist Cleaning provides this service to many housing authorities, housing associations and private landlords throughout the North West of England.

As with all our work Risk Assessments and Method Statements are available for every job. All waste disposal is documented in line with legal requirements and copies are available to the client.
