SB Specialist Cleaning are experienced in providing professional builders cleans to the construction industry for new and refurbished properties both domestic and commercial.

CSCSOur team of highly trained and experienced staff all have the necessary CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) qualifications which allow them to work safely and efficiently on construction sites. All have their own personal PPE equipment to comply with strict safety regulations along with full insurance.

We also provide a full cleaning service for showhomes prior to the initial opening and on a maintenance basis as required. This work can be carried out during the day or in the evenings if necessary.
